Announcement: Guest Coaches from DUQUESNE 12/18/17

As some of you may know I was the assistant swim coach and ran our sprint program at Duquesne University from 2013-2015. The girls that were freshmen my first year of coaching completed their senior year of swimming last year (this is important because we are not breaking any NCAA policies). Many of them are still in the area so I've asked them if they would be interested in coming to a practice and giving you all some insights. They are available to do so on:
